Supervision

I offer supportive clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) working toward independent licensure in Ohio. My approach emphasizes professional growth, ethical practice, clinical skill development, and self-reflection. I strive to create a welcoming, trauma-sensitive space where developing social workers can build confidence, explore challenges, and strengthen their unique professional identities.

Group Faciliation

As an experienced facilitator, I offer group services to agencies and organizations seeking contract providers for speciality groups. My training includes trauma-sensitive yoga, group drumming, mindfulness, and other creative mind-body approaches. Past partners include Community Support Services, Hope & Healing, Oriana House, and other Northeast Ohio organizations.

Private Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Sessions:

I also offer unique sessions for those who wants to explore somatic yogic practices in a trauma-sensitive and private environment. These sessions are individualized, invitational, and adapted to each person’s comfort level, supporting nervous system regulation and healing without pressure or performance, see the TCTSY website for more information about my training background. My Approach & Values

  • Humanistic — My approach is grounded in humanism: a belief in each person’s inherent worth, dignity, capacity for growth, and ability to create meaning in their life. My practice is not faith-based, but your spiritual, religious, or nonreligious beliefs are welcome and will always be respected.

  • Collaborative — You are the expert on your own life. We work together to identify what feels meaningful, helpful, and realistic for you.

  • Flexible & Integrative — There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from different therapeutic, somatic, mindfulness, and creative practices based on your needs and preferences.

  • Trauma-Sensitive — Choice, safety, trust, and autonomy are central to my work. You are never expected to share or process something before you feel ready.

  • Neurodivergent-Affirming — I value different ways of thinking, communicating, sensing, and moving through the world, with a focus on understanding and working with your brain rather than against it.

  • Whole-Person — Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. I consider the ways our bodies, relationships, environments, identities, health, and life circumstances can affect well-being.

  • Creativity — Therapy doesn’t always have to rely on words alone. When it fits your interests, I enjoy incorporating expressive arts, nature-based themes, music, movement, and other creative approaches into our work together.
